Also given is the minimum criteria where other than the indicated category. Ties are generally broken by carrying calculations out to five decimals, or if such calculation is not applicable, players are listed with lower rank alphabetically. The statistics are excerpted from 1996 Information Please Sports Almanac, (c) 1995 by Houghton Mifflin Company, and are inclusive of the 1995 season.
